About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead day-to-day operational support, including meeting strategy, agenda development, documentation, and follow-up
- Coordinate functional planning cycles, timelines, milestones, and information flow across teams
- Maintain core processes and improve consistency, clarity, and efficiency in team workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and action items
- Monitor progress, identify risks or issues, and facilitate stakeholder alignment
- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and documentation for scalable project execution
- Coordinate L&D programs, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and team events
- Oversee scheduling, materials preparation, roster management, communications, and program logistics
- Track and report PSL&D goals, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Synthesize data and insights for decision-making, performance reviews, and functional priorities
- Prepare executive-ready materials, summaries, and visuals
- Draft and coordinate written communications, meeting summaries, and functional updates
- Serve as a central coordination point for priorities, expectations, and commitments
- Leverage Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools such as Copilot
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate routine work, and improve digital ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required with 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in business operations, enterprise program leadership, strategy execution, or operational management within a complex, matrixed organization; or Master’s degree with 6 to 8 years of progressive experience
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant scope, complexity, and organizational impact
- Ability to operate autonomously, make sound decisions in ambiguous environments, and deliver results with minimal oversight
- Strong financial, analytical, and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and portfolio management
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leaders without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex information into clear executive-level messaging
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and digital tools
- Demonstrated use of data and analytics to inform operational decisions and strategic recommendations
- Experience leading organizational change, transformation initiatives, or enterprise-scale programs
- Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
