About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and execute the analytics and AI roadmap across the North America logistics organization
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data models, semantic layers, and AI-ready datasets
  • Identify and lead opportunities for predictive, prescriptive, and agentic AI-driven decisions
  • Champion adoption of AI-enabled decision intelligence across supply chain, logistics, and customer service
  • Develop interactive dashboards and decision-support tools
  • Embed predictive insights and AI-generated recommendations into dashboards and standard work
  • Enable self-service analytics and AI copilots to reduce manual reporting
  • Enhance business reviews with scenario simulations and forward-looking insights
  • Serve as the primary AI and analytics interface to logistics operations
  • Partner with warehousing and distribution, transportation and freight, demand and inventory planning, and 3PL teams
  • Lead deployment of analytics and AI solutions across the North America logistics network
  • Ensure solutions are user-friendly, embedded into standard work, and produce measurable business outcomes
  • Drive change management and adoption of analytics and AI tools
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
  • Align with enterprise data governance and data-cataloging standards
  • Support responsible AI practices including data transparency, model explainability, and risk and bias monitoring
  • Operate independently on complex, ambiguous problems and guide moderately complex cross-department projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR master's degree with at least 2 years; OR PhD with 0+ years; OR associate's degree with 8 years; OR high school diploma or equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on, end-to-end logistics experience across warehousing and distribution, transportation and freight, demand and inventory planning, and third-party logistics management
  • Applied AI/analytics experience personally building and delivering production solutions
  • Experience shipping predictive/ML or GenAI models, copilots, or agents used by real business teams
  • Experience delivering dashboards or decision-support tools adopted into standard work with measurable impact
  • Strong data analytics and engineering skills
  • SQL required
  • Python or R preferred
  • Practical experience with modern BI, data-preparation, and data-platform tools
  • Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, scenario modeling, or optimization techniques
  • Ability to drive AI-enabled business transformation and adoption with non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English
  • US-based and able to work a hybrid schedule and travel as required
  • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Must have permanent work authorization in the United States
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available
  • Preferred: pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated environment experience
  • Preferred: North America multi-site or global logistics operations experience
  • Preferred: ERP systems such as SAP and integrated business planning experience
  • Preferred: agentic or autonomous decision-support and self-service analytics experience

  • Annual base salary of $99,200.00 to $165,400.00
  • Eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of base salary
