About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategic direction of performance reporting for assigned oncology brands or franchises
  • Direct the use of secondary data sources to identify trends, surface risks and opportunities, and connect data signals to brand strategy decisions
  • Guide analysis through the lens of defined patient segments
  • Oversee subnational analytics to identify geographic variation in brand performance and market dynamics
  • Ensure the integrity of enterprise reporting infrastructure for assigned brands
  • Connect reporting insights into a compelling, persuasive narrative and deliver recommendations to senior leadership
  • Identify emerging trends in the relevant disease and treatment landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years' experience in biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's preferred in a quantitative discipline
  • Analytics, statistics, and/or database knowledge and experience using relevant tools, applications, and platforms
  • Prior experience supporting an oncology brand or franchise in a pharma commercial analytics or insights role preferred
  • Demonstrated success in a highly fast-paced setting
  • Ability to identify new issues, trends, and opportunities from data
  • Ability to influence without authority, setting business direction, priorities, and action plans
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with cross-functional teams of diverse colleagues
