Lead strategic direction, product management, and AI-driven innovation for Pfizer’s Targets and Mechanisms platforms and systems
Oversee a global team responsible for delivering scalable, sustainable, and science-centric solutions
Drive strategic planning for your organizations platforms and systems
Collaborate with Digital & Technology peers and Pfizer R&D business stakeholder team members
Deliver technical services including ecosystem architecture, quality, analytics, and data management
Define and own the vision and strategy for digital Targets and Mechanisms Solutions capabilities
Establish and mature a strategic product and platform operating model to drive scalable innovation
Oversee technology implementation across all supporting areas
Cultivate strong partnerships with research leaders and senior stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
15+ years life sciences experience preferred or equivalent experience leading platforms and large-scale systems
10+ years of experience in a leadership capacity with increasing scope of responsibility
Demonstrated ability to create and implement high impact strategic plans in a large, matrixed global organization
Demonstrated ability and experience in technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
Must be a successful and engaging leader/manager
Proven ability to mentor technical leaders
Proven success as a data-centric, innovative, business-minded technology leader
Familiarity with data collection, aggregation, transformation, and creation of analytics
Flexibility and adaptability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a matrix environment
Proven track record of leading large, global technical teams in developing enterprise-scale technology and solution strategies
