About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end execution of Ig Franchise HCP promotional strategy
- Shape the customer experience strategy across the Ig business
- Drive alignment and execution excellence across promotional materials inventory management
- Partner with the IIS team to drive execution of the Franchise-wide ATU rollout
- Lead AI initiatives for the portfolio, ensuring leveraging of emerging AI tools for marketing efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Science, or a related field
- 6 years of commercial marketing, sales, strategy experience, including US marketing experience
- Prior experience leading brands, with deep knowledge of marketing discipline
- Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to synthesize scientific, clinical, and market insights into compelling commercial strategy
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience
- Self-motivated team player
- Strategic and highly agile
- Demonstrated experience with both consumer and HCP marketing
- Experience working with creative agencies
