About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the reporting and action-oriented insights for Trade team and Health System Directors
- Serve as the strategy and planning engine for the Trade team
- Maintain the Trade function’s channel and distribution strategy
- Support contract and program strategy by structuring scenario analysis
- Create customer-ready strategic materials and manage action-planning processes
- Build frameworks for account-planning and opportunity-prioritization
- Serve as data and analytics counterpart to large Trade customers
- Own planning processes that connect strategy, execution, and review across teams
- Identify and close process gaps within the teams
- Operate within compliance and data governance guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 8 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device
- Demonstrated success structuring strategy or customer-ready materials in a complex, contract-intensive commercial environment
- Detailed understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and classes of trade, specifically the Multisource Injectables Marketplace & Biosimilars
- Working knowledge of Wholesaler, Distributor, GPO, and IDN business models
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong collaborator within a matrix environment
