About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop retail strategies and marketing initiatives
- Lead development and delivery of retail channel-specific resources
- Provide marketing leadership and collaborate with Retail Pharmacy Team and Trade Account Director team
- Support development and implementation of annual operating and tactical plans
- Manage retail marketing A&P budget
- Be a patient-focused team player and exemplify the Pfizer values.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience
- Minimum 7+ years commercial/marketing experience required including US pharma experience
- Strong familiarity with US retail pharmacy market landscape
- Good understanding of retail pharmacy workflow
- Experience in developing initiatives to effectively engage and educate retail pharmacy patients/consumers
- Demonstrated innovation champion
- Established business acumen and pharma industry/vaccines business knowledge.
- Nice-to-Have Master's degree with at least 7+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience, OR a MD with 4+ years of experience
- Preference for recent Retail marketing experience or Retail field accounts management experience.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others.
