About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Marketing AI Product Specialist for CoCo acts as the critical link between Commercial Business Units and Pfizer’s AI Accelerator.
  • Learn & support the full lifecycle of bringing an AI capability to market.
  • Develop a working fluency in AI-native work.
  • Shape how commercial teams engage with AI.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to accelerate adoption, impact, and continuous improvement of AI‑enabled commercial capabilities.
  • Grow your influence across functions by operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and change management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong experience with marketing, analytics, AI fluency, product management, and/or commercial technology tools.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI‑enabled solutions and their application in marketing and fieldforce effectiveness.
  • Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution, translating complex concepts into actionable guidance.
  • Master's degree with at least 7+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience, OR a MD with 4+ years of experience is nice-to-have.
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities.
