About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the development of patient services strategy and programmatic design for Pfizer’s Oncology products
Facilitate interactions between Patient Services teams and Business Unit partners
Support the development and design of impactful patient service programs
Track brand needs, economics, strategies, timelines, and priorities
Manage and optimize PPS spend at the BU-level
Proactively establish strong internal and external relationships across relevant teams
Ensure program operating procedures are in alignment with legal, regulatory and compliance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
6+ years’ experience in Biopharma Patient Services Strategy / Operations / Program Management, Strategy / Management Consulting, or related area required
2+ years’ direct experience supporting Oncology brands preferred
Relevant healthcare experience includes working in/with consulting, commercial biopharma functions involving strategy development and/or strategic initiatives
Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen
Extensive cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
Experience in portfolio strategy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
