About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee deployment and ongoing execution of the Global Logistics Risk Management & Compliance framework
Partner closely with regional supply chain, logistics, quality, and compliance leaders
Serve as the regional point of contact for all Global Logistics Risk Management & Compliance operational areas
Ensure consistent application of risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation processes
Proactively identify regional and market-specific logistics risks
Support regional logistics sites and third-party partners in developing business continuity and disruption response plans
Act as the single regional interface between Global Logistics Risk & Compliance leadership and regional/market teams
Partner with regional teams to support in-house and third-party logistics provider risk and compliance oversight
Build regional risk management and resilience capability through training and engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma and 10 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated understanding of Compliance, Risk Management, and/or Business Resilience programs
Ability to manage and coordinate risk and resilience activities across multiple logistics sites or partners
Strong communication skills
Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and metrics
Technical proficiency with electronic document maintenance tools including Word, Excel, Adobe, Documentum, and dossier workflow tools
Proficiency in customer service, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
