About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for driving the development of patient services strategy and programmatic design for Pfizer’s Primary Care products
Deliver program elements across the patient journey including strategy, design, and performance management
Facilitate interactions between Patient Services teams and Business Unit partners
Track brand needs, economics, strategies, and timelines while staying abreast of therapeutic area trends
Support identification, evaluation, and management of cost-effective vendor solutions
Manage and optimize PPS spend at the BU-level
Proactively establish strong internal and external relationships
Ensure program operating procedures are in alignment with legal, regulatory and compliance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
6+ years’ experience in Strategy / Management Consulting, or related area required
Experience supporting Primary Care brands preferred, but not required
Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen, with a data-driven mindset
Extensive cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
Experience in portfolio strategy, with a proven ability to identify opportunities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to receive and implement direction from senior colleagues
