Key responsibilities & impact

Leading the US PCT Team and providing strategic direction to the US GH&B organization.
Advancing Global Engineering’s mission by providing innovative engineering solutions.
Providing Engineering leadership for effective delivery of equipment investigation and issue resolution.
Managing engineering metrics, KPIs, and operational reviews.
Supporting capital planning and identifying strategic initiatives and projects.
Driving site master planning and establishing governance models for significant investments.
Overseeing implementation of GE programs at all US GHB sites.
Coaching team members and ensuring consistency of program delivery across GHB and PGS.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, automation, or other science-related field with at least 8 years of experience, OR a master's degree with at least 7 years of experience, OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience.
Experience in production, engineering or process automation (depending on degree).
Strong knowledge of FDA, OSHA and EPA regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong managerial experience in Engineering, Maintenance and Utilities roles and operational experience across technologies.
Decisive, courageous, transparent leader with integrity and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to grow team and leaders.
Experience with PowerBI, SharePoint/Teams integrated digital tools and common AI tools is a plus.
