About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for delivering and evolving digital capabilities that enable the end-to-end lifecycle of research materials across discovery and preclinical development globally.
  • Act as a strategic partner to scientific stakeholders, translating research needs into scalable, compliant, and high-impact digital solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with chemistry, biology, DMPK, and translational teams to understand evolving needs.
  • Drive digital product delivery by overseeing enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities.
  • Manage product ideation, delivery, and support spend to meet financial goals.
  • Ensure capture and maintenance of clear, accurate product requirements.
  • Ensure reliable system performance, user support, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Science.
  • 6+ years of experience with small molecule compound inventory management processes and software
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small teams of contract resources
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional scientific and technical teams
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent user experience
  • M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Science preferred
  • Experience with large molecule and/or biospecimen sample logistics preferred
  • Strong software development expertise preferred
  • Knowledge of relational/non-relational database and cloud technologies (ORACLE, MongoDB, AWS, S3, EC2) preferred
  • Strong familiarity with industry-standard small molecule inventory management tools from vendors such as Titian, Scigilian, etc. preferred
