Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the payment requirements of US contracts for Pfizer’s Oncology and Specialty Care Business Unit
Accountable for timely and accurate rebate payments to US customers
Provide timely information and support to meet statutory, compliance, and audit requirements
Perform financial analysis associated with payments to explain variances and changes
Participate in strategic initiatives and deliverables for US Products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree + 2 years of experience OR Master’s degree OR an Associates degree with + 6 years of experience OR HS diploma (or equivalent) with + 8 years of relevant experience
Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or relative experience preferred
Institutional contracting/rebating experience a plus, but not required
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good organization, verbal and written communication and time management skills
Strong skills in Excel, including proficiency with pivot tables, V-lookups, charts, and formulas
Good fluency and knowledge of AI and systems such as CoPilot, Claude, etc.
Intermediate skills with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
Experience working with a rebate payment system or similar financial transaction system preferred
