About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide therapeutic area/product expertise across a broad range of external medical stakeholders
Plan and execute independent Medical strategies and engagements within a territory
Maintain knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines
Serve as a resource for Medical Information and stakeholder insights
Develop educational content strategy and execute Field Medical tactics
Conduct scientific communication across multiple channels
Optimize patient care improvement in Medical communications
Educate external medical stakeholders based on patient care gaps
Achieve leadership-defined expectations regarding stakeholder engagement
Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines
Identify and seek scientific engagement from priority external medical stakeholders
Collaborate with US and Global Medical Affairs for clinical trial site identification
Support through the Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a health science required
PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree (e.g., Doctor of Nursing Practice, Doctor of Physical Therapy) highly preferred
PharmD/PhD with 5+ years of experience, MBA/MSc with 7+ years of experience, BA/BSc with 8+ years of experience
Subject matter expert recognized across internal and external stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to understand and respond to multiple external and internal stakeholders’ demands
Ability to manage a significant volume of projects in a remote environment
Ability to prioritize, implement, and demonstrate excellent judgment skills
Ability to work within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team
Proven ability to lead change in an evolving external health care environment
