Perform the role of Training Administrator (TA) and Business Administrator (BA): create, edit, and maintain learning activities within the LMS and ensure compliance with the LMS Global Policies and Procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
Perform the role of Training Point of Contact (TPoC): partner with procedure authors, assignment role owners, and other training personnel to perform training risk assessments, create training implementation plans (TIP), and develop and/or manage training content appropriate to the risk level.
Perform the role of a Registrar in the LMS: support curriculum management through the assignment and removal of alternate job codes to learners and processing course completion data and waivers.
Ensure the standards for training documentation completion and storage are upheld; facilitate corrections to incomplete or incorrect training documentation and pursues solutions to error-proof training documents.
Ensure integrity of LMS system data, and proper field use and naming conventions.
Review and clean up data as needed or directed.
Quality check the creation and modification of learning entities made by other LMS administrators via the PharmSci Training Implementation Plan (TIP) and Request Hub tools.
Practices good stewardship of the PSLD budget.
Identify and communicate opportunities to simplify, modernize, streamline, or automate the end-to-end training system processes, where possible, to enhance learner and LMS administrator experiences and reduce gaps.
Comply with all applicable procedures and regulations to meet applicable Pfizer standards and regulatory requirements.
Assists in the development and maintenance of training-related procedures, guides, and service level agreements for LMS administrators and customers, as requested.
Collaborate with PSL&D and other stakeholders to complete goals related to PSLD Operations responsibilities and initiatives.
Proactively escalate any concerns, identified gaps, or barriers to meeting goals or completing initiatives.
Assist with data collection for operational performance metrics as requested.
Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems and operate independently in ambiguous situations.
Work independently on assignments, seeking guidance on unusual or complex issues.
Review your own work and potentially mentor and review the work of colleagues.
Collaborate on critical projects supporting SOP training.
Requirements
BA/BS with at least four years proven experience as an LMS Administrator, Training Specialist, preferable working within Success Factors; or Associate’s Degree with at least six years proven experience as an LMS Administrator, Training Specialist
At least 4 years experience performing transactions within a learning management system
Experience working within a regulated environment.
Strong problem solving, analytical, organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize projects and time, and to work with the team or independently as needed.
Ability to escalate and effectively resolve issues, while maintaining a professional attitude.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment; ability to be flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Highly literate with technology; quickly learns new applications and tools.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at minimum).
Experience with adult learning concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (in English); able to deliver clear, concise information to team and customers.
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions (in English) and properly handle confidential information.
Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally.

Proficiency in one or more eLearning authoring tools.
