Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience across product management and product strategy
Proven record of defining product direction and owning digital products end to end
Deep expertise in journey mapping, persona definition, and human-centered design
Strong analytical approach to decision-making
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills
