About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain prospective talented employees.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle to meet business needs.
- Support full-life cycle recruitment needs for the business, including direct sourcing techniques, consultative skills, and compensation.
- Ensure that every stage of recruitment is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and best practice principles.
- Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques for senior or mid-level positions.
- Ensure a positive client and incumbent experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
- Manage the offer process for external incumbents.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years’ experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state laws and regulations applicable to hiring practices
- Proficiency in utilizing various analytic tools
- Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
