About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic and operational projects across U.S. I&I
- Advance organizational effectiveness in the selling environment and across U.S. GI customers
- Serve as operational lead and thought partner for cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify, prioritize, track, and resolve operational needs from across the I&I business
- Lead cross-functional meeting planning and execution for key meetings
- Champion AI-enabled and digital ways of working
- Manage I&I and cross-BU communications and the DOE network
- Partner with the SC CEP Field Enablement Team to share best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales/marketing experience
- 2+ U.S. field sales experience
- Working knowledge of Veeva, Pfizer Align, Centris, and SMART.
