Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a high-performing team across Neuroscience (Migraine) and Cardiovascular (NVAF/VTE) portfolios
Develop and implement strategic area business plans aligned to national and regional priorities
Own area-level budget accountability
Conduct proactive data analysis to identify market trends
Build and maintain relationships with customers including KOLs and managed care organizations
Ensure full compliance of all selling activities with legal and regulatory standards
Apply data-driven resource management for effective channel deployment
Model high clinical knowledge and lead credible, science-forward conversations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
6+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a demonstrated leadership role
Experience engaging key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations preferred
Valid U.S. driver’s license with driving record in compliance with company standards; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years is disqualifying
Demonstrated leadership capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and create meaningful business impact
