About the role

  • Develop and execute a robust overarching US IB6 market development strategy through cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop US CDx launch strategy to prepare for potential biomarker label scenario
  • Lead Dx cross-functional team and governance of Dx meetings
  • Oversee Dx analytics and insights, including leading and lagging KPIs to ensure launch success
  • Execute Dx tactics, with a focus on innovation
  • Support HCP/Account marketers with diagnostic-related insights and contribution
  • Develop and roll out Dx educational materials and training
  • Lead the evolution of unbranded website(s) and other digital assets, drivers, custom programs, unbranded search, and develop KPIs for digital unbranded tactics
  • Create and roll out unbranded personal promotional assets
  • Lead unbranded media strategy and execution
  • Lead external partnerships in collaboration with OPSA and Public Affairs
  • Build and maintain external partnerships with labs, advocacy, professional societies
  • Collaborate with Medical, Clinical, Commercial Diagnostics, Global Marketing, Regulatory, Market Access and Analytics to support 2027 US launch of Sigvotatug Vedotin

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, or Master's degree and 7+ years of experience, or Ph.D./PharmD and 5+ years of experience required
  • Demonstrated success executing complex marketing programs with a US launch
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to improve business performance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance
  • Solid business acumen and organizational skills
  • Experience with product positioning and branding is required
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative
  • Ability to effectively lead and influence an indirect team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results on multiple, complex, competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Must be driven by success and able to organize multiple projects over time
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • Preferred: Advanced degree
  • Preferred: US marketing launch experience specifically within oncology
