Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience
5-8 years of experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry
3 years of commercial operations experience.
Proven ability to lead a team to accomplish organizational commitments and goals.
Understanding and expertise in the Hospital & Biosimilar markets.
Demonstrated development and implementation of large continuous improvement initiatives leading to improved operational and financial results.
Strong leadership skills; experience influencing and leading teams in a complex environment.
Excellent verbal/written communication, listening and presentation skills.
