About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, preparation, and completion of all defined BFC deliverables for assigned markets/BUs, with a focus on Operating Plan and forecast baseline projections; enable timely submissions in Mosaic; and support standard financial slide preparation and offline template consolidation.
- Provide information, metrics, and insights to Local, Cluster, and Regional Finance colleagues to support decision-making and performance management.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify, quantify, and prioritize opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve performance.
- Partner with BFC, Local/Cluster, and Regional Finance colleagues to ensure deliverables are produced and completed in line with defined BFC processes, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of AI-driven tools to enhance reporting, analytics, and insight generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their challenges, needs, and business context, and reflect these in BFC support and deliverables.
- Contribute to the BFC community of practice within key specializations, driving optimization and continuous improvement of processes, deliverables, interactions, skills, and tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree-educated (or equivalent) in Finance/Accounting, Data Science.
- Business finance experience in a local market or regional environment,
- Ability to independently generate analytical insights and communicate them effectively, using financial tools (e.g., Global and Local LightHouse), modelling, and standard MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask, with strong problem-solving, project planning and delivery, attention to detail, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Russian is required
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in a culturally diverse organisation.
