Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the EMCO regional expert for Novel Anti-infectives and Growth Hormone portfolio
Shape and cascade global strategy and content
Act as the point of contact for global /ICO brand teams
Represent EMCO with global brand teams
Provide EMCO insight/needs to global strategy and content creation
Collect insights and understand country needs for outstanding marketing planning/execution
Craft compelling executive narratives
Guide content adaptation/creation
Provide mid-term and long-term outlook of brand portfolio
Track financial and non-financial KPIs
Optimize brand impact
Lead execution of high-impact regional initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Scientific academic background (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) and/or MBA is preferred
Demonstrated successful track record in managing virtual teams and matrix
Extensive and multiple years of Marketing experience
Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
Commercial/portfolio management experience
Exceptional ability to manage varying priorities and stakeholders
Senior Level executive presence, with a track record of influencing beyond direct areas of accountability
