About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent Clinical on the Global Medicine Team
  • Lead the cross-functional Clinical Development Team
  • Design, execute, and interpret studies in support of worldwide regulatory submissions
  • Develop Clinical Development Plan and associated protocol design documents
  • Provide input for target product profiles and regulatory activities
  • Engage with external stakeholders to drive strategic insight generation
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • PhD/PharmD
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in clinical research and development
  • Background in chronic weight management, endocrinology, or internal medicine
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical development, global and regional regulation, ICH/GCP, adverse event management
  • Experience managing and training large teams in clinical development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
