About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic thought partner to US and Global brand leads across Pfizer's vaccine portfolio
- Identify and develop performance opportunities to unlock brand value
- Advise the business on drivers of transformational change
- Collaborate with marketing and agency teams to develop marketing collateral
- Lead regular patient journey-based business reviews tied to budgetary goals
- Define goals, metrics, and measurement plans for key strategic and tactical initiatives
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with analytics teams and third-party data providers to build and maintain analytics reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar related field required; MS or MBA preferred
- 6+ years in consulting, finance or market analytics
- 3+ years at a high-value level (e.g., US & Global) developing data-driven brand strategy for vaccines or major biopharmaceutical assets (>$1B)
- Defined involvement in helping frame, design & execute solutions for challenging business situations
- In-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, including primary and secondary data
- Proven track record of being an indispensable thought partner to senior brand leaders and influencing without authority
- Team-orientation and collaborative approach
- Excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of data preparation and visualization tools, preferably Tableau
