About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Key Account Management Lead will support the sustained momentum of the IM KAM Platform.
- Work cross-functionally to research, develop, manage, and evaluate complementary above-brand engagements.
- Maximize the value of the Cardiovascular portfolio while architecting the commercial and KAM infrastructure for new product launches.
- Develop innovative projects with leading healthcare systems that enable strategies to deliver broader access to medicines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish strategic business priorities and ensure effective coaching.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or other advanced qualification is preferred.
- 15–20 years of experience within leading health systems.
- Proven expertise in coaching and managing leaders of leaders.
- Experience leading a matrix organization with the ability to manage without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of trends in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders at senior levels internally and externally.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Expertise on innovative LHS care delivery models and value based agreements.
- Experience deploying innovative AI and digital tools targeting population health optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication influencing skills.
