Key responsibilities & impact

Perform analytics in SAS and R, to support RWE studies and rapid analytics initiatives using real‑world data sources (e.g., claims, EHR, country and CMS data)
Develop and validate analysis datasets, tables, figures, and listings in accordance with internal quality and compliance standards
Implement and maintain reusable, standardized programming assets (e.g., macros, functions, templates)
Collaborate closely with statisticians, epidemiologists, and cross‑functional partners to deliver timely, high‑quality outputs
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to programming efficiency and standardization within SDSA RWE

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS with 4+ years of experience and/ OR MBA/MS with 2+ years of experience
Demonstrated experience as a statistical programmer (e.g., SAS and/or R)
Interest in or prior experience with real‑world data and RWE analytics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality deliverables
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environment
CMO experience strongly preferred (Nice-to-Have)
PhD or JD with 0+ years of experience (Nice-to-Have)
