Key responsibilities & impact

Provide therapeutic area/product expertise in genitourinary oncology across medical customer segments
Plan and execute medical strategy for assigned customers
Maintain required knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines
Serve as a resource for medical information and customer insights
Understand priorities of Pfizer Medical Affairs to contribute to medical content strategy
Maintain effective communication among medical colleagues and other Pfizer staff
Optimize patient centricity in medical communications
Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines
Identify and seek medical engagement from priority customer segments
Provide accurate information in response to medical requests from HCPs
Partner with Global Medical Affairs and identify potential sites for clinical trials
Cultivate research and TA expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a health science required
Relevant experience required: PharmD/PhD with 1+ years of experience, MBA/MSc with 5+ years of experience, BA/BSc with 6+ years of experience
Subject matter expertise in oncology recognized across internal and external stakeholders
Currently reside within the territory
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Manage a significant volume of projects developed in a remote environment
Work within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team
Effectively manage through and lead change in an ever-changing external health care environment
Demonstrate change agility; be flexible to new opportunities
Problem-solve and network enterprise wide as appropriate
Rapidly adopt and utilize new digital technology
