Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers
Maintain knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines
Serve as a resource for medical information and customer insights
Understand priorities of Pfizer Medical Affairs
Maintain effective communication among medical colleagues
Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines
Identify and seek medical engagement from priority customer segments
Provide truthful, accurate, and scientifically supported information to HCPs
Facilitate medical support throughout Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) process
Cultivate research and TA expertise
Represent Pfizer Medical Affairs leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

MD or DO Degree required
4+ years of relevant experience required
Subject matter expertise in oncology recognized across internal and external stakeholders
Currently reside within the territory
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Manage a significant volume of projects developed in a remote environment
Effectively manage through and lead change in an ever-changing external health care environment
Demonstrate change agility
Problem-solve and network enterprise wide
Ability to operate a Pfizer company car and regularly fly on airplanes
Flexibility to travel 60-80% of time
