About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Global Medical Director will serve as an expert in the IBD field.
- Lead with integrity and be a role model for medical professionalism and scientific excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally with medical teams, health and value functions, clinical development, legal, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Support launch activities and collaborate with country medical teams.
- Demonstrate deep data and disease area expertise for Velsipity and gastroenterology.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience.
- Cross functional effectiveness.
- Leading effectively in a matrix.
- A minimum of three years industry experience preferred.
- Experience in Medical Affairs required.
