About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the US Medical Affairs Lead for RSV adult vaccines
- Develop and execute a medical education strategy supporting RSV Adult vaccination in the US
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of medical education and engagement plan
- Provide vaccine medical expertise and support to cross-functional partners
- Ensure aligned KOLs activities to gather feedback and input into strategy development
- Demonstrate expertise in communication across multiple channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree and relevant experience in vaccines/infectious diseases/public health/epidemiology (e.g., MD with 4+ years)
- Board certification in infectious diseases preferred
- Ability to review, evaluate, interpret, and clearly present complex data
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Project/program management skills
- Experience with medical education strategy development and delivery across multiple channels
