About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a medical education strategy supporting RSV Adult vaccination in the US
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of medical education and engagement plan across various channels with medical priorities
- Provide vaccine medical expertise and support on behalf of the US Medical Affairs team to cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment of internal communications and training around new and key scientific data on RSV
- Partner cross-functionally within medical to ensure aligned KOLs activities to gather feedback and input into strategy development and execution
- Provide medical review for medical education grants
- Demonstrate expertise in communication across multiple channels, including, but not limited to, live and virtual presentations in small or large settings, and written communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree and relevant experience in vaccines/infectious diseases/public health/epidemiology (e.g., PhD/DrPH; PharmD with 5+ years) or 7+ years of relevant experience with MBA/MS or 8+ years of relevant experience with BA/BS
- Board certification in infectious diseases preferred
- Ability to review, evaluate, interpret, and clearly present complex data; translate complex scientific information into actionable insights
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration; ability to influence, succeed through others, and operate effectively in a matrix organization
- Project/program management skills; ability to manage projects to completion and deliver high-quality work within timelines
- Demonstrate expertise in communication across multiple channels, including, but not limited to, live and virtual presentations in small or large settings, and written communication
- Experience with medical education strategy development and delivery across multiple channels (including active learning modalities).
- Experience developing and executing key medical activities such as congress strategies and expert advisory boards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including scientific writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
