About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct systematic workflow assessments across HQ and Field Medical
Document current-state processes to create specifications for AI-enabled workflow design
Prioritize workflow opportunities using impact-effort analysis
Design AI-enabled operating models and create SOPs for AI-assisted processes
Partner with Compliance to ensure workflows support regulatory requirements
Design and deliver role-based AI literacy and enablement programs
Implement habit-stacking and coaching strategies
Identify and develop AI champions within functions
Create and communicate success stories
Build feedback collection mechanisms for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent preferred)
5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs (HQ or Field)
Strong fluency with generative AI tools
Proven experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and/or operational excellence initiatives
Strong project management skills
Experience navigating compliance and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
