About the role

  • Conduct systematic workflow assessments across HQ and Field Medical
  • Document current-state processes to create specifications for AI-enabled workflow design
  • Prioritize workflow opportunities using impact-effort analysis
  • Design AI-enabled operating models and create SOPs for AI-assisted processes
  • Partner with Compliance to ensure workflows support regulatory requirements
  • Design and deliver role-based AI literacy and enablement programs
  • Implement habit-stacking and coaching strategies
  • Identify and develop AI champions within functions
  • Create and communicate success stories
  • Build feedback collection mechanisms for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs (HQ or Field)
  • Strong fluency with generative AI tools
  • Proven experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and/or operational excellence initiatives
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience navigating compliance and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
