About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the development and execution of the global value and evidence generation strategy for Brepocitinib
Support coordination of input from global and country teams on evidence needs
Lead the review, interpretation, and translation of clinical trial outputs
Contribute to the design, execution, and oversight of HV&E studies
Develop and maintain global value narratives and evidence deliverables
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure evidence strategy is positioned to support access upon launch

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate degree required (e.g. MSc, MPH, PhD)
7+ years of experience with MSc/MPH/MBA degree; 5+ years with PharmD/PhD in HEOR or relevant related fields
Demonstrated depth of understanding of fundamental health services research methods and tools
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects involving significant budget
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
Strong execution mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs efficiently
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
