About the role
- Promote and sell defined products by conveying scientific messages and content to achieve established sales targets
- Ensure continuous improvement of customer experiences across all available channels and touchpoints
- Plan and monitor the use of communication channels preferred by customers
- Independently analyze territory dynamics and customer needs
- Responsible for promoting customer adoption/engagement with new digital offerings and platforms
- Build, maintain and, where appropriate, optimize resilient relationships with customers
- Plan, organize and execute local projects, services and events
Requirements
- Required qualification under Section 75 of the German Medicines Act or a degree in a natural science
- Relevant professional experience in the specific field
- Solid knowledge of the therapeutic area is an advantage
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent analytical skills (sales and customer behavior)
- High level of entrepreneurial spirit and personal responsibility
- Experience engaging with and responding to customer needs across face-to-face and digital communication channels (multi- and omnichannel)
- Valid driver's license (car)
- Field-based role: route planning and overnight trips in the respective areas
- Weekend work according to the company agreement on weekend fieldwork
- Fluent German, spoken and written
- English skills are a plus
