About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and enhance Pfizer’s US migraine congress strategy
- Lead planning and execution of 20+ annual society meetings
- Attend select key congresses to support booth, executive encounters, and other tactical execution
- Refine Pfizer’s society partnership strategy
- Support local exhibit and display tactics & logistics
- Collect insights and metrics to evaluate performance
- Work seamlessly across different functional teams
- Oversee other agency partners handling CFC and congress assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA degree required; Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 6+ years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or diagnostic industry
- Demonstrated expertise and success in executing brand strategy and tactical plans
- Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Change agile and dependable; ability to turn around deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing preferred; Primary Care and/or Migraine experience a plus
