About the role
- Responsible for the supervision and leadership of Retail Pharmacy Account Manager (RAM)
- Manage retail pharmacy business performance and deployment of sales and marketing strategies
- Coach the account team to build productive relationships with retail pharmacy field leaders
- Collaborate with HQ and across Pfizer
- Develop a business plan reflective of market dynamics, brand priorities, and alignment across the specific retailer footprint
- Monitor performance and adapt strategic plans to achieve the business potential
- Engage with cross-functional teams to execute on opportunities for brand Operationalization
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience, in the pharmaceutical industry within sales, marketing, health management, strategy, or at retail pharmacy or relevant experience
- BA/BS Degree
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with Organized Customers or Retailers, including experience working with executive management
- Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
- Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired
