About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the supervision and leadership of Retail Pharmacy Account Manager (RAM)
  • Manage retail pharmacy business performance and deployment of sales and marketing strategies
  • Coach the account team to build productive relationships with retail pharmacy field leaders
  • Collaborate with HQ and across Pfizer
  • Develop a business plan reflective of market dynamics, brand priorities, and alignment across the specific retailer footprint
  • Monitor performance and adapt strategic plans to achieve the business potential
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to execute on opportunities for brand Operationalization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of leadership experience, in the pharmaceutical industry within sales, marketing, health management, strategy, or at retail pharmacy or relevant experience
  • BA/BS Degree
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience with Organized Customers or Retailers, including experience working with executive management
  • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
  • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired
