About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and continuously maintain the OARS Strategic Roadmap
- Translate strategy into integrated execution plans
- Track progress against roadmap commitments
- Develop and deliver strategic updates
- Lead end-to-end planning for OARS
- Design, implement and manage the OARS leadership operating cadence
- Act as a thought partner to the Head of OARS
- Own planning and execution of OARS All Hands meetings
- Serve as a central coordination point across OARS capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience
- Significant experience in strategy, operations, business management, consulting, or enterprise program leadership
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with senior leaders and executive teams
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional execution discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and discretion
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize competing demands
