About the role

  • manage all BRAF Lung-specific promotional strategy and assets
  • work with other indication leads (melanoma and CRC) to develop the overall Pan-tumor/brand strategy
  • help shape strategy of consumer activities across the lung indication
  • develop and execute Lung strategic plan and promotional efforts across all key stakeholders (i.e. HCPs, patients, advocacy, access stakeholders, health systems)
  • lead BRAF/MEK portion of Lung Field-Based Strategy Team (FBST) and build insights into BRAF/MEK lung promotional approach
  • engage with field team members and KOLs as appropriate to stay up-to-date on BRAF Lung competitive landscape and key business drivers
  • lead BRAF Lung messaging and execution for BRAFTOVI+MEKTOVI and seamlessly integrate into promotional tactics
  • ensure BRAFTOVI+MEKTOVI NSCLC is positioned appropriately in personal and non-personal promotional activities across the BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI portfolio as well as the Lung Cancer portfolio (LORBRENA)
  • prepare and present key business updates to internal leadership
  • partner with Indication Leads to develop consumer strategy and media plan for BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI
  • collaborate with Indication Leads to develop consumer media plan and execution
  • serve as active member on advocacy cross-functional team to support partnership opportunities

Requirements

  • BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing preferred; 7+ years with MS/MBA
  • Previous in-line US/global Marketing experience required
  • Experience in working with different channels i.e. digital
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level to drive brand success
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with experts from cross-functional areas
  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management, including negotiation skills
  • High-energy, proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously and the confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create and innovate
  • Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance
