About the role
- Manage the execution of a multitude of commercial operational services for Rare Disease market
- Work with region leads to define and update scope and service areas of commercial operations
- Establish and improve service delivery model, manage business demand for services
- Lead complex projects across the business, developing and managing strategic plans
- Support shaping a culture that promotes innovation and improves patient outcomes
- Proactively identify innovative solutions to simplify processes and enable customer facing colleagues
- Manage critical operational projects and workstreams related to brand field force execution, training, and more
Requirements
- 6+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
- US Field Sales Experience with Pfizer Inc; Rare Disease experience preferred
- BA/BS Degree required
- Strong working understanding of Veeva, Pfizer Align, Centris
- Demonstrated track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
- Must have exceptional emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Effective project management skills and ability to lead without authority
- Strong Microsoft Office skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
