About the role

  • Manage the execution of a multitude of commercial operational services for Rare Disease market
  • Work with region leads to define and update scope and service areas of commercial operations
  • Establish and improve service delivery model, manage business demand for services
  • Lead complex projects across the business, developing and managing strategic plans
  • Support shaping a culture that promotes innovation and improves patient outcomes
  • Proactively identify innovative solutions to simplify processes and enable customer facing colleagues
  • Manage critical operational projects and workstreams related to brand field force execution, training, and more

Requirements

  • 6+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
  • US Field Sales Experience with Pfizer Inc; Rare Disease experience preferred
  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Strong working understanding of Veeva, Pfizer Align, Centris
  • Demonstrated track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Must have exceptional emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Effective project management skills and ability to lead without authority
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
