About the role

  • Partner with commercial and manufacturing leadership to develop compelling recommendations for senior management
  • Lead optimization initiatives, scenario development, and implementation of supply & market allocation decisions to achieve margin and growth targets
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams, partnering with commercial and manufacturing operations to develop and pressure-test business cases
  • Drive robust end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and reporting providing insightful analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Lead simplification and automation initiatives, improve financial and operational processes
  • Conduct ad hoc strategic and commercial analyses
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field, including business, finance, engineering, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in portfolio management, financial planning & analysis, manufacturing and commercial operations, and cross-functional leadership
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and lead in a matrix environment
