About the role
- Ensure appropriate site management and monitoring resources are in place
- Oversee job functions of Site Management and Monitoring roles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Study Start-Up and other teams
- Execute investigator site/recruitment strategies and end-to-end study activities
- Mitigate systematic deficiencies in clinical trial conduct across sites
- Maintain relationship with GSSO colleagues and local external stakeholders
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English
- BS/BSc/MS/MSc or equivalent and extensive clinical research experience
- PhD/MD or equivalent and extensive clinical research experience
- Extensive knowledge (minimum 10 years) of clinical trial methodologies
- Demonstrated People management experience
- Ability to lead and manage diverse teams
- Ability to lead and influence a matrix environment
