About the role
- Oversees and organizes Pfizer initiatives for the PGS domain.
- Delivers Enterprise Architecture Outcomes including creation of detailed Solution Sketches, City Plans, and Solution Architecture Diagrams.
- Works on strategic initiatives within area of remit, leading complex projects within a business unit.
- Advises Senior leadership on both technical constraints and the business constraints.
- Collaborates with enterprise architect peers to identify reusable reference patterns to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt.
- Understands customers’ operational needs and helps to drive strategic direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud solutions (i.e.: Amazon, Google, Microsoft Azure).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Demonstrated experience in consolidating applications to use common reusable architecture patterns to enforce enterprise standards.
- Experience with both traditional AI/ML designs and guiding generative AI designs.
- An “execution mindset” focused on getting things done quickly and simply.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with one or more Pfizer core platforms (SAP, Kinaxis, AMPS).
