About the role
- Direct a multi-disciplinary team ensuring efficient country operations support
- Develop and implement project and change management plans
- Represents Global Country Operations leadership in digital and AI solutions
- Collaborate and align with Business Process Owners and project leaders
- Develop Key Performance Indicators to facilitate oversight
- Support regional oversight leaders with portfolio planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in clinical development operations
- or MBA/MS with at least 7 years’ experience
- or PhD or JD with at least 5 years of experience
- Recognized as an expert within the organisation
- Advanced understanding of clinical trial regulation and compliance
- Prior line and functional/matrix management experience
