About the role

  • Directly engage prioritized national accounts to develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that advance Pfizer’s strategic objectives and deliver on revenue goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on customer engagement, resource optimization, and U.S. market trends to enhance Pfizer’s relevance and inform enterprise strategy.
  • Capture and communicate actionable customer insights to influence strategic brand planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Lead a cross functional integrated team representing Key National Accounts to create a strategic plan for each assigned national account.
  • Design scalable solutions and engagement platforms that address customer needs while driving operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH preferred
  • Minimum of 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and IDN/key account dynamics
  • 5–10 years of account management experience preferred
  • Key Account Management (KAM) experience required
  • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
  • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired
  • Expertise in strategic account planning and execution
  • Ability to generate deep customer insights and integrate them into business decisions
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management capabilities
