About the role
- Educate patients and caregivers about ATTR-CM, treatment options and health and wellness resources
- Provide ongoing education and disease state awareness throughout the patient journey
- Assist patients in navigating care by connecting them to relevant resources
- Coordinate with Key Account Directors and management to ensure patient goals align with local market dynamics
- Set objectives, manage complex projects, and oversee ongoing activities within the Business Unit
- Serve as a subject matter expert and share knowledge across the organization
- Champion innovation and implement new ideas that impact current and future Business Unit objectives
- Present the Patient Navigator role and Pfizer support resources at various events
- Provide local insights to inform the development of patient engagement materials and support resources
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. degree required
- Minimum 7-10 years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience
- Demonstrated exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work in regulated environments and adhere to compliance guidelines
- Track record of broad collaboration with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Experience in responsible business practices and compassionate communication
- Familiarity with Pfizer and industry compliance guidelines for working with Medical and Access & Reimbursement colleagues
- Ability to deliver concise, meaningful presentations with integrity and empathy
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and business skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including weekends and evenings
- Clinical background preferred (RN, APRN, NP, ARNP, ACSW, LCSW, MPH)
- Knowledge of ATTR-CM and patient/public advocacy
- Remote/field-based role; preferred to live in specified geography.
- Bilingual proficiency in certain areas is preferred.
