Communications

• Collaborate closely with US Hospital and Biosimilars Portfolio leads and serve as key partner for developing, implementing, and executing Customer Marketing and Communications strategies and initiatives in support of business strategies.
• Work in close alignment with GH&B Business Operations.
• Serve as lead for Business Operations with several key responsibilities including Operating Plan/Latest Estimate/Monthly Performance Captain.
• Partner with US Commercial portfolio teams and sales leaders to build, develop and refine marketing and selling strategies for key products, platforms, and portfolios.
• Develop and execute the US Commercial market research strategy.
• Lead cross functional stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, build business cases to secure approval to implement recommended marketing initiatives.
• Manage customer communications for the rollout of information for New Product Launches, Return-to-Markets, etc.
• Transform the go-to-market model and win the digital race in pharma.
