About the role
- Lead strategic initiatives that advance AI/ML capabilities for Medical, Safety, and Regulatory business.
- Drive technical vision and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure alignment with long-term business objectives within a highly complex global operating environment.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivery partners.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Medical, Safety or Regulatory, or in data science, machine learning, or AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives in biopharma, life sciences, or a highly regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence strategic direction across global business units.
