About the role

Set objectives for and manage multiple projects within the division
Work with Commercial Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to aggressively prioritize needs
Manage all end-to-end processes and services for global Customer Engagement Programs
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CEP, CIT and Social Listening policies
Partner with stakeholders to ensure CEPs follow proper policy for safety reporting
Develop and maintain relationships with key training stakeholders across Pfizer community
Ensure delivery of quality service within compliance

Bachelor's degree required
At least 10 years of experience in US pharmaceutical sales and/or portfolio
5 years of experience in multi-tasking day to day field sales demands
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required
Strong project and program management skills, including change leadership
Proven ability to manage complex situations in a matrix organizational structure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Comfortable working with Senior Leaders
